Care
- Initial Shedding: New rugs shed naturally for the first few weeks. Vacuum gently on low suction — skip the beater bar.
- Spills: Blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Never rub. Trim any loose tufts flush with scissors — pulling damages the weave.
- Long-Term Wear: Rotate every 3–6 months for even wear. Use pads under furniture legs to prevent crushing.
- Deep Clean: Professional rug cleaning once a year. Avoid washing machines, harsh detergents, and prolonged direct sunlight.
- Storage: Always store rolled, never folded. Keep off damp surfaces to protect the wool and backing.

Each rug is made to order after you check out. Allow 4–5 weeks for production, plus 5–7 business days for express shipping to your door. All US orders shipping calculated at checkout, fully insured, with tracking and duties prepaid no surprise fees at delivery.
Changed your mind?
Modifications and cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, tufting is already underway and changes may not be possible but reach out anyway, we'll do what we can.
Damaged on arrival?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos and we'll replace or refund. A 5–10% variation in color, finish, and dimensions is inherent to handmade rugs and isn't considered a defect.
All orders are final sale and non-returnable unless damaged in transit.
